Hi Everyone

Well the end of another season is upon us, nights are drawing in and the final results for the season have been collated. So without further ado let’s get to reporting the results.

Here's a quick summary of how our shooters did at the 2010 NZ Nationals up in Hamilton.

Patrick Biggs

18th target with 1013 (FITA) and 161 (720)

21st in matchplay

8th clout 227

12th (last) in field with 321

Pretty good considering his limbs delaminated 8 arrows in to the tournament.

The ANZ postal league is run throughout the country each year over summer. Each club determines at the start of the season how many 3-person teams they wish to register.
The club nominates teams, not individuals, since individual shooters are assigned into a team each month based on their score for that month. All candidate shooters must be affiliated to a national archery organization. Shooters may be from any bow type. There is no distinction between men/woman or between junior/senior.

We have a full-sized outdoor range next to the Riverdale Scout Hall. We shoot outdoors during the evenings over summer, and also on Sunday mornings all year round.

Indoor shooting is generally held at other locations around Palmerston North, as per the schedule on the Practice page. The scout hall is also used for indoor shoots from time to time, and is also the location for our Beginners courses.
