Manawatu Archery Club
Welcome
The Manawatu Archery Club is aiming at promoting the enjoyment of Target Archery, encompassing all styles and disciplines, for all ages. It is affiliated to and encourages its members to join in Provincial (WAA) and National (ANZ) competition. We also offer Coaching to members who are keen to progress. We have an active squad of Junior Archers.
The club is based in Palmerston North, near the Riverdale Scout Hall. We welcome Recurve, Compound, Longbow and Crossbow archers of all levels. If you're just thinking about taking up archery, then don't delay. Sign up for one of our excellent Beginners courses and just get started on a sport that will last you a lifetime.
The club financial year commences on April 1st each year. Members joining later in the year will receive a discount. See the full details of club fees, rules and download membership forms all from our Rules page. See also our Uniform page.
Practice, Events & Results
If you're already an experienced archer, then we'd love to see you at one of our Practice shoots, and we would also be delighted to welcome you to any of our competitive or fun Events. We use this website to provide Entry Forms for events throughout the region, and to publish the Results.

If you're looking to purchase archery gear in Palmerston North, On Target Archery has recently moved (January 2012) to new premises in Domain St, between Cuba St and Main St. Check their website for opening hours.
